The total time to receive your order is calculated as:
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Estimated shipping time:
United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 6–9 business days
Other international destinations: 7–12 business days
For U.S. orders, the estimated total delivery time is 7–12 business days, including order processing time and shipping time.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays, or high order volumes.
Richppl offers Free Standard Shipping on all orders.
Any applicable shipping charges, if shown for a specific order or destination, will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
We do not charge additional handling fees or hidden shipping fees.
We work with trusted logistics and fulfillment partners to help ensure reliable delivery.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your shipment.
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after the shipping confirmation email is sent.
We offer international shipping to many countries. Please note:

These charges are determined by your local customs authorities.
